Please have service technicians double check to make sure all protective plastic, rubber and parts are in place and secure, prior to releasing car back to owner. In this case the shroud that covers the break reservoir was sticking out of the back of the hood. There was no damage just slightly odd that it was missed. One of the service advisors helped to correct the minor oversight. No harm no foul.

We are very satisfied with our work done on our vehicle. We have a small spoiler on our hood that came loose. It has screws in the middle and two-way tape on the outside. The tape is not sufficient and we were told they couldn't do anything about it. That is unacceptable beings we had it installed from your facility and it should be fixable.
