My service advisor remembered who I was from my last visit. He took the time to reproduce my issue. He also helped explained possible causes. At the end, his initial diagnosis was the issue. It didn’t take very long for the technician to identify the issue. After sharing the estimate, it was pretty fast getting my car fixed. Friendly service always. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any time.

Everybody inside the store was very upfront and helpful and service was quick. However over the phone I was explictly told that there was NO service charge for what I had requested (swapping glass on driver side mirror) and that I Would ONLY pay for parts. When taking my car in I was then told that I would be paying for labor bringing ly cost from $62 to $173. Paying $110 in labor for a job that took 40 minutes is a whole different problem of mine, but it is frustrating being told one thing just for the story to change when I arrive.
