I am very disappointed to find out that the service guys or whoever drove the car inside, took one of the two bags of beef jerky that I had left in my car. I made sure I put them inside the mesh pocket I had in the front seat, for they were test samples for business purposes. Before I got off the car I thought to myself I will leave them in there because I didn’t think they would touch anything, but I was wrong.
This makes me feel they don’t respect the customers belongings inside the car and makes me wonder of the quality of service provided.
I no longer feel safe bringing my car in to your dealership. It is about what they but more so the principle of it. They were d and disrespectful.

I had an excellent service experience with Ivette Rodriguez and truly appreciate all of her help. She provided great customer service, and scheduling the service was quick and easy thanks to her efficiency, which made everything smooth from the start. She was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my messages, making the entire process stress-free.
Ivette helped arrange transportation through Honda’s shuttle service and Uber so I could get to work while my car was being serviced, which I really appreciated. She also clearly explained all the work that was done on my car and made sure I understood everything.
The overall experience at Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach was amazing. The quality of work was excellent, and the technician, John, did a great job. Ivette made the entire process seamless, and I’m very grateful for her professionalism. I will definitely be returning for future service.
