The technician(s) inspected the tray, changed the oil and filter and replaced a couple of fasteners. Thanks to the technicians, everything went smoothly and my CRV was ready in a little over an hour. I went to replace the air cleaner and the existing filter was almost new; no discoloration or filth. The new filter was about $15 and only two snap clips to get to it; The whole job took about 5 minutes. You quoted about $80; that is quite a bit of profit margin!
I have not checked the cabin filter yet.
