Ford dealerships wash your car after every service at no charge. Also constant communication via text thru the process as well. I had to call to get an update of my car 5+ hours after dropping off.

From the guy receiving you outside, the service advisor, Benito Torres, and Technician are all service oriented and makes sure client is satisfied with their service. Although srrvice at the dealership id pricey, i know i can trust the people here not to take advantage.

I had a great experience at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. My service advisor, Clay, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my car. I especially appreciated that he took the time to point out other things to keep an eye on beyond the original reason for my visit. Even though this isn’t the closest Honda dealership to me, I’ll definitely continue bringing my Honda here because of Clay and the great service he provided. Thank you, Clay!
