The rep was very helpful, but I had a problem with one issue. When the new 4 tires were installed. I requested to keep one of my newer use tire. Your technician threw it on my trunk on top of my jacket and smock with no plastic cover. I left a 60 gallon Plastic bag there to use and your maintenance guy didn’t bother using it and put the tire on my jacket and smock an my other items in my trunk. Very disappointing.
