My car had a recall so they fixed that, but I have to go back because another thing needs to get fixed. I am impressed with the service and people but kind of a bummer that it’s a new car and there was a recall and an issue with a new car.

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle John Le was dismissive and did not give me the opportunity to ask questions. I did not feel as though my business was important to him. He was robotic going through the list of what was performed on MY vehicle and spoke super fast. I feel that I didn’t get all the information I wanted or needed from John Le. This experience was poor.
