I checked in my vehicle on Friday for complaints of shaking when accelerating past 50mph. I was called back that early evening that they test drove my vehicle and felt the shaking but said that it was due to a needed realignment. I then picked up my vehicle Saturday morning and was assured in good faith that they test drove my vehicle and that it was fine. As soon as I left the dealership, the shakiness had not gone away and my car basically shut down after getting to 50mph. I had to drive right back to the dealership with my hazards on going at 25mph to insure it didn’t break down on me and was then diagnosed with a misfire. I had no faith in leaving my
Vehicle here and had it towed to my home Honda dealership. I was charged for something that wasn’t even the cause of the issue, was not corrected, misdiagnosed, and was lied they had test drove it past the 50 mph. If you had actually driven the vehicle, you would’ve recognized that there was a bigger issue and not a realignment. I’m completely frustrated and upset that I had spent $410 for something that wasn’t even the cause of the problem and then having to spend $553 to get my car towed to a location I felt more trust in.
