The only person I dealt with was John. He was very friendly and polite. I’m happy when I’m not suggested to get things I don’t really need such as air filters etc. he did recommend that maybe on the next visit which is fine. The only other little thing that would be nice is if you guys washed the car after the service. It would just be a nice touch. Just fyi I live closer to the Cerritos one but I come out to the Huntington Beach one because I think you have better service. Thank you
