Edward was very kind and helpful, one of my tires needed to be patched up due to a puncture my tire pressure warning light came on as I was driving home, I turned my SUV around and headed straight for Norm Reeves, I wasn’t sure if they would have time to check my tire; because I arrived 30 minutes before the service department was about to close, but Edward took my SUV and checked air pressure and discovered that my back tire needed patching. Suffice it to say it was done rather quickly and I was out of there 10 minutes before closing. Edward was very kind. This is fourth time going to Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach and each time I was there everyone in service department is so kind, helpful and friendly. You guys are the best! Thank you so much. ☺️

Everybody that I dealt with was fantastic. Dropping the car off on Tuesday was seamless. Communication on Wednesday when they were working on my car was fantastic. The only problem is when I picked up my car., it was dirtier than when I brought it. There’s something on my windshield that spotted all over the windshield, and when I put the wipers and wiper fluid on to clean it, the spots stay .I don’t know what it is or why somebody couldn’t take one minute just to rinse the car and wipe it down.
