Your service member was very helpful and friendly. Klayton was easy to talk to and work with.
My only disappointment was that I asked for fluid for my wipers and they didn’t refill and my back wiper was hanging by its rubber part and it wasn’t replaced nor recommended. Small things but important for customer satisfaction and service.
Overall it was a good experience but those two things could of made it great.
