Ivette was objective and found the problems with my van immediately. She went above and beyond by asking upper management for my 10% discount because the payment for the services were high for one payment. She helped me out and saved me some money. She got me a shuttle and it was immediate. The shuttle service was efficient and got me home safe. I have been Ivette’s customer since 2017 and she never fails to give me nothing but exceptional service to my van. It’s in good condition because Ivette takes good care of my minivan!!! Ivette deserves a raise!

When i went to pick up my car, someone had misplaced my keys. It took a while for them to locate them, but John didn't waste anytime tracking them down. I told him they were sentimental to me because my deceased dog's name tag were on them, and John was able to locate them. He remained calm and professional during the ordeal, despite me showing frustration. Excellent customer service.
