Clayton was very attentive and ensured that I received the proper maintenance on my Passport. He checked my previous visits for the services performed before confirming the services that I need for this visit. That was definitely a one-up from my previous visits to Honda World Westminster with my previous Honda vehicle. Honda World provided recommendations without checking the history OR the fluid levels, and that was my last visit.
