Tony went above and beyond to explain the problem with our car’s A/C condenser.. He explained the extended warranty coverage and luckily we met the criteria for the warranty. If it wasn’t for Tony’s thoroughness and great customer service I would have left Norm Reeves with a tainted look on Honda as a brand. But he made sure that was not the case!
