After having the fuel pump replaced under a recall, the vehicle was returned to me and after filling the tank I noticed the fuel gauge was not working. Kevin didn’t make excuses, he apologized and asked me to bring back the vehicle and the issue was resolved promptly. I don’t expect perfection, I expect it to be made right and it was. He was courteous and efficient.

Viviana was a great help for through this whole entire process. I brought my car in because almost every single lights on the dashboard turned orange and it was quite scary as well as worrisome. She assisted me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly. The problems were resolved one at a time and within a day, despite being a holiday. My car is problems are resolved. All the lights are no longer orange and I feel safer now.
