Service was done in a timely manner and Ms Rodriguez was fantastic. She explained what was needed and listened to my input and concern. I can’t imagine my service experience being any easier. Alex helped me out at checkout and he was great as well. You have a great staff there.

Service providers have been great. The Accord has been everything that Road and Track and Car and Driver said it was. My whole beef is with the continuing problem of taking updates with the OTA system necessitating including that in my routine maintenance service request. I was told that the mechanics were having trouble with the update, wasting everyone’s time and effort. Like last September, I guess they had to disconnect the battery so I again lost my profile and settings. It didn’t help that the hood was left ajar and I’m glad I noticed it early in my quest to get my car back to normal. American Honda should address all this with a TSB or something!
