Working with Alex was great. He thoroughly explained the service and the cost. I was disappointed that the waiting area was completely full and I had to sit by the desks. I also was disappointed that Norm Reeves doesn’t offer a car wash with lengthy expensive work. My last Honda dealer always offered that.

Benito is the best!! He and his brother Javier (mechanic) are the only reason I take my two vehicles to H B Norm Reeves to get serviced. Benito is an outstanding service advisor and his Javier is an excellent mechanic. Totally satisfied with the service and would highly recommend both of them. They both deserve a raise!
