Benito Torres was very professional and helpful. I normally see Clayton, my service advisor. Since he was off, Benito Torres step in and help me right away. From the 1st greeting he was very welcoming. On my way home, after the service, some lights came on. I called and was transferred to Alex, because Benito was out to lunch. Alex was very helpful as well, he even put me on hold and took his time to check with the technician that had worked on my car. He said it okay to drive but please come back so we can check all the lights means.
When I returned, I was met with the Technician and Benito again. They both checked the lights and explained it to me.
Great team and wonderful service experience.
This is the reason why I will keep going to get my vehicle service at Norm Reeves in HB.
