Thabk you for redoing the oil change after our previous concerns and accommodating the unusual circumstances given that I couldn’t bring in the car right away.
The only concern from the prior visit was that I was told a tire needed to be replaced because a nail was lodged into an area that Honda stated could not be repaired - but when I took the car to Costco, they repaired the tire without needing to replace it. It is things like this that cause a rift in trust and aggravated the situation with the oil looking too low and black after the initial oil change before my dad added some himself. Nonetheless, I appreciate that John took steps to alleviate my concerns. Thank you.
