My car had the 90,000 mile service 6 weeks ago amongst other recommended items that I paid almost $4,000 for. Somehow my check engine light came on and this was not covered by my precious service, costing me $700 dollars. Disappointing and the technician should be held accountable. My service rep told me I would receive a call the next day with updates. I had to call at the end of the next day and find out he was off that day and did not inform anyone to call me while I am stranded with no car. Sadly, my recent experiences with HB Honda have been subpar and I will be going back to another Honda dealership for my future appointments since their service is better and seem to do a better job with car. It is unfortunate but HB Honda has lost my trust. I understand I am only one customer and it won’t make a difference, but I am disappointed.
