Jacky Deng was the perfect service manager for my situation. I bought the car used a few years ago and had several issues that I could not resolve due to post-Covid supply chain issues, etc. Jacky is very knowledgeable about VWs. He and his team solved multiple problems to get my car into the best shape ever.

Poor service. Ryan charged me for an inspection when we talked about the fact that it would not pass because there was a little moisture in the right front headlight cover. He knew it wouldn’t but still charged me for it.. My company has bought several trucks from Darlings, not sure I’ll ever go back after this service.

Just a comment about a prior service as I never received a survey. After 6 months of owning my ford the brakes started to squeak. I brought it in to have my brakes looked at only to be told nothings wrong. I’m not a mechanic but know that is a poor assessment. My brakes still squeak. Jeffrey is awesome and has excellent customer skills. This complaint has nothing to do with him. I was surprised after my appointment for my brakes that I never received a request for feedback.
