Service advisor returned Van to me with a check engine light on and the engine running very rough at low speeds. I understand we're all human and make mistakes but it seems to me the service advisor did not have my back or the mechanics back either. The service advisor knew it was a MAF sensor issue and rezet the code saying well maybe it is just a glitch... WRONG.

That experience was a total goat rope. I’ve never experienced such non existent communication. Had to take the vehicle back twice to have done what should have been done the first time. Glad that only one of our 7 vehicles is American and has to be serviced by Darling. That will be changing soon.
