I called a couple days ago to see how much an oil change would be for my ram pick up truck. The person that I was talking to on the phone was Jennifer and she said it would be $80. I asked numerous times if that’s what the price actually is, so I thought that was a good deal that I made an appointment for my truck. I dropped it off Thursday November 14. I got a phone call saying my truck was done so I came back picked it up and then when I grab the keys and the bill I was surprised that my bill was $150, instead of 80 that I was quoted. if that’s what an oil change starts at is $80 then that would’ve been fine but I asked numerous times and she kept saying $80 out the door. It was just miss leading and my experience was not a good one.

There was a repair needed but did not offer to do the work because it is a Toyota. I have an extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle from Clinton Auto Group. They could have quoted me the repairs as they were doing the alignment and made more money for the shop and the tech. Now I will far to get it repaired and pay for another alignment.
