I'm sorry I thought Jeniffer was rude and didn't know how to operate the remote start and sorta treated me like I was stupid the other members were very friendly and the gentleman who did help the most was super friendly and explain things. People like Jennifer make me not return there.

Four days after my plugs were replaced #4 failed. This was a Friday night so I could not bring the Jeep back until Monday, at which time repairs were effected immediately. I don't know why the plug failed but it wasn't pleasant to have this happen.
