While satisfied with this particular interaction, I was very disappointed that my warranty claim was denied. My Explorer ST had an exhaust pipe fail due to an obvious defect, due delays due to dealer and tech availability I went ahead with a repair with an independent vendor, only to discover that due to the repairs it could not now be covered by warranty. I find this outcome as totally unacceptable

Todd Boyer has a great and friendly attitude and personality. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then comes up with a quick fix repair on your vehicle. Any time I’ve had any problems.
