I got an oil change and tire rotation, upon arriving my right rear tire was at 30 PSI and in need of air and my right front was at 35. Both left tires at 40, after my “oil change and tire rotation” noticed my tire light for a low tire was on, got home pulled my pressure gauge out to find the same PSI in the same place on all four tires. So not only did they not fill my tires with air, they definitely did not rotate them at all, makes me wonder if I even got an oil change as the other two things are clearly not true that were said to be done, more than likely won’t return for any future service for me or my wife’s vehicles

We brought a brand new car at your dealership in 2025 and it had a recall on it. We made an appointment on Thursday April 20th to get the recall taken care of and the Nissan computers were down, we understood. We made another appointment on April 30th at 9:00 am to get the recall taken care of and waited for them to text/call when the were done (they said it would be done in 2-3 hours) and received neither, went in to see if it was done at 3:00 pm and they put everyone in front of us and never even got our car in. Then the 3rd appointment May 6th 9:00 am appointment, they didn’t get it done until 4:30 pm. We live in LeClaire, therefore waiting around since it was only taking between 2-3 hours, came to get our car done 3 times with 9:00 am appointments and was so disappointed in your service department. Back and forth from LeClaire and feel that we were not a priority to them at all.
