Vehicle was taken in for service almost immediately upon my arrival and completed promptly. Details of servicing were explained and the keys to my freshly washed truck were returned to me.

The service scheduler told me they would wash my new truck when they did the oil change in tire rotation. I bought the truck at Clinton auto group and paid cash. I questioned it when I came to pick up the vehicle. The response was oh sorry we’ll wash it now. I didn’t have time for that, and I’m not sure why they didn’t do it to begin with if that standard practice. Though they say they will wash your vehicle, they never washed my 2022 F350 Dually or my 2023 Ford Explorer platinum when they serviced it. Hmmmmm
