When I set up the appointment, I tried to make it clear that I was driving to Clinton from Dubuque and wanted the oil change and all recalls addressed. The oil change and tire rotation did happen but I was told that they were short handed and didn't have time to do recalls. I wish they would have told me that they couldn't do the work today and rescheduled. At least this experience isn't as bad as dealing with **** in, but I'm still disappointed. This could have been better.

I specifically stated that I have after market headlights. When I wasted my time bringing the truck in to have it looked at. I was told nothing could be done since I have aftermarket headlights.I would have hoped that I would have been told you could not have done anything. Instead, I wasted my morning. Todd was great to work with. Outstanding service. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Gave me a ride back to work, called me when the kob was done (very promptly completed the oil change), and dropped off my car back at the office. Easy, convenient, and helpful. The woman who gave me a ride was very friendly and helpful as well.
