Rodney took notice of a nagging problem we’ve had for two years with the dash touch screen control/audio short and was able to diagnose and fix while the vehicle was still there for other non-related service. Nothing was done before other than software updates which did no good. We had almost given up on getting it resolved. Courteous and friendly service staff.

We didn’t receive any service. We came to get our tire fixed. We were told that tire was unfixable. Nobody even dismantled the tire even though we were told that hole was too big. Maybe service rep is a clairvoyant?They never even pulled the nail out of it. They simply wanted to sell new tires .which they even didn’t have in stock. We had our tire fixed at a different licensed location. It was really disappointing.
