Sam did not ignore me when I walked into the service area , as other reps may have been occupied but Sam acknowledged me when he saw me waiting and immediately started to process the work on my car. He made the repair cost and time to wait known quickly to me. I walked to McDonald for breakfast on route 50 and while there , I received 2 texts from Sam regarding status of repair and the inspection report.
