The service was good. The issue was with the payment. I was in last week and paid what I thought was the whole bill as I asked what I what I would owe the I brought it back and was told shop fees and tax. Then when I dropped off I was told I owed nothing. I got a call at appt time saying I would owe 350.

I came in for an oil change, but knowing that I like to keep my car functioning at its best, Joe checked my car's maintenance history to see whether or not I was due or overdue for anything else. Had 2 minor issues with the oil change service wen I got the car back I called Rodney up right away and sent him pictures of wat happened and he took care of it right away for me I did have to return later that day to have one of the issues fixed but did not take long and Rodney had it all set up to get fixed when I got there overall good service. I do think the oil change techs need more training to give the customers cars back the way they received them with all oil cleaned off the cars and should really wash there hands before getting in the cars to not leave oil hand prints inside the cars and to not touch the paint with oily hands and if they do at least clean the hand prints off the car before giving it back to the owners. So in all a little more training on cleanness and Rodney u r awesome thanks.

I was glad to be able to get an appointment within a week. I got there early and was surprised my car was ready earlier than I expected. Glad to know about animals making nest in my cabin air filter so I can try and discourage that. Altho not glad it’s happening. Can’t they design a solution to that? I read about some people add a metal screen on top of the filter in their car to discourage that. Or spray rodent repellant around the area. Maybe I will try that surrounding my car now and then.
