We came to buy a new CR-V 3 years ago. We had called naming the one we saw online. When we arrived we were told that one had been sold. Fine. We understand. We are shown a year earlier model that was a program unit with 500 miles. It looked nice, drive nice, we bought. And we like the product. What we have discovered is there were issues with trim (plastic). Today, we were told that one of those issues will cost us $456. We should have kicked the “tires” a little harder! We are a Honda fan. Not sure about the integrity of the dealership.
