Service was great. However, on our way to Slinger this afternoon, we kept hearing an odd noise coming from the driver side front tire.
When we stopped, we realize the lug nuts were all loose on that tire. They were so loose that we could take them off with just a few turns with our hands!

The techs left our vehicle inside a mess. They removed a bunch of stuff to perform a recall, and just left everything scattered in the back, seats were moved and just left in the down position, our child seats were removed and just left thrown about.
