Very good service as always. But I said ant check in that I only needed an oil change and no tire rotation. When I went to pay my bill I had a tire rotation done. Not a biggie issue but you asked in this survey if I was “ completely “ satisfied.

We came to pick up our vehicle because we were told the running boards were fixed, but when we pulled into the dealership we saw that the passenger side running board was down and the driver's side was up - so clearly they were not fixed. We left the car and told the young lady at the counter that we want the vehicle fixed. Just disappointed that we are without a vehicle for so many days - that our vehicle only has 26,000 miles on it and it already has issues.
