Oil service was good
Only problem I had was the person who readjusted my seat
My head was touching the roof
Knees in dash
Seat was raised all the way up couldn’t get seat come down
Lumbar was bulging

Alex was great but the person working on my vehicle did a terrible job. I had to bring the vehicle back in the next day to repair everything he broke. I am not happy with the job but Alex did have it all fixed. Now the question is am I able to trust having my vehicles serviced there again.

I had an emergency so didn’t have an appt. Lindquist Ford ran diagnostics that SAME day and fixed my car the very next morning! I wasn’t without my car even 24 hrs. I couldn’t be happier! Plus they took home since I had to leave it, and picked me up the next morning to retrieve it. That is excellent customer service!
