I am always pleased with the work completed.
There seems to be a breakdown in follow through details. I.e., I was not able to have my flat fixed as the correct tool for the rims/tires was not provided with vehicle purchase. I still don't have the correct tool, which concerns me should I be away from home and need assistance.
The staff is always courteous.

Failed to rotate the tires during the scheduled service. When talking to the person responsible for washing my truck he advised me that he washed the truck with the sunroof open letting water into the cab. I did pass all of this to my service advisor. Not a good experience at all.

I brought the vehicle in for a wrench on my dashboard light it fails when the wrench comes on and I have no gas power. Service was unable to get a code on a wrench with the computer. They did reprogram PCM per several ssms . mode 6 no misfires . they did what they could with the program and what they had. the auxiliary trans pump working okay at this time. Overall satisfied with the service. I will bring my next service to Lindquist Ford
