Noah was great but the over all service experience was a nightmare. The original part needed to fix my air conditioner that was sent was the wrong part. Dropped vehicle Thursday supposed to be fixed and picked up Friday didn’t get it back until Monday afternoon. While fixing the part they broke a piece of the dash. Got notification that part was in so brought vehicle in to get that fixed just to find out that the incorrect part for that was sent also. Had to come back again once the right part was delivered to get the final fix done.

I was very upset because they charge me 96 dollars to tell me my radio doesn't work. Which I knew that the radio had to be replace.I wrote a note telling them anything over 50 dollars to call first before they do anything to the truck. So i feel I shouldn't of got charge just taking the cable off the battery in see if the radio will work again which I tried a couple times myself. You know when the clock is blinking the radio is bad I just wanted you to here from you guys to tell me the radio is bad in has to be replaced then get charged 96 dollars wasn't happy with that at all!

Overall I am dissatisfied with the answer I've got about the dust intrusion on my expedition max. I believe pictures should be taken and sent to Ford motor company so they can be aware of the situation all the switches and USB ports are completely filled with gravel dust in the back hatch. I don't believe running the air conditioner I'm wide open whenever I go down my lane is the right answer there's something else going on here.
