Resetting the transmission ecu seemed to work. The rpm and shifting are better.

I was happy with Brian’s service. He listened when I questioned why I would still be having an electrical system warning light coming on intermittently after two alternator replacements for the same issue. He had the Shop Manager take a close look and they arrived at the conclusion that a corroded anode cable and connector were a probable reason for the issue. Makes you wonder if that wasn’t the problem two alternators ago. But I’m OK with that. What I’m not OK with is Lindquist’s COVID policy. The fundamental pillars of prevention are social distancing, hand sanitation and masking. I respect Menard’s and Costco for requiring both customers and staff to wear masks! I won’t be doing any business with Home Depot because they don’t follow any preventive measures. Scott County and Iowa’s COVID infection numbers continue to grow. Not wearing masks at Lindquist disrespects your customers and is not preventative. COVID spreads through aerosol droplets. Don’t be on the wrong side of this issue. It’s not political, it’s science and common sense!!!

We had it in early in the week and they said it was fixed. We were heading on vacation when it did it again and they did not have an equivalent loaner to seat everyone. We paid a lot of money for this vehicle and it had less than 9000 miles on it. My niece ended up getting rid of her Ford when it had a similar issue. We are not in a position to do the same. I'll reserve judgement for now.
