The only thing I will do next is schedule my oil service on a different day than my service for clear coating and under carriage protection inspection as I got a text that said my truck was done. But it only pertained to the oil change. Not upset but I will plan to stay longer at home and let the great work they did with the truck on clear coating, it looks amazing!! Great work by every body. Even had the pleasure to meet your President of Lindquist Ford, it was a great as he took time not only with me but everyone in the waiting room. It’s another reason why you should do business with Lindquist., they are all about caring.

The online scheduling system didn’t work which caused confusion throughout the whole experience. I scheduled my appt on line for 900 and got a confirmation email and text. But when I called about the progress of my car no one had any idea of the appt. luckily the service staff squeezed me in to which I’m very grateful. The women that answer the phone could use a little training on friendliness in their voices. You have a good thing going there but definitely need to fix front line staff and etiquette on the phone. They are your first impression, and it’s not very nice. Sorry I don’t mean to be harsh just constructive. Michael was very kind and helpful throughout the debacle.
