I had the greatest experience and was treated very well from the time I walked into the service area, till the time I received my car back. Washed and vacuumed. Never have I been treated this good. I will continue to bring my car to Lindquist.

I was kept informed of the work progress. Also, I was told about a pending maintenance that will be needed in the next few months. I appreciated that, now I have time to save for it out of my budget. I only had 2 interactions with Michael but he was terribly busy, and once he was off the phone he did have a short time to visit with me about my vehicle. I did however go back into the shop area 3 or 4 times during the month my vehicle was there and discuss with the technician I believe his name was Eric about problems and cures and he did spend a great deal of time explaining in detail the items for repair.

Dustin was very kind and patient when I explained to him what was the reason why I was taking my 2006 expedition, he told me that they would have to make a diagnosis to be able to detect what was the problem to what I informed him that previously I had I made my own diagnosis and had a code, to which he told me that this would help them to reach the solution faster.
He made me leave the car, and Dustin stayed in communication with me to give me the diagnosis. A few hours later he called me to tell me that they would have to change a part, but that they would have to order it if they would have to keep the car one more day, but after a few minutes I received a call from him again and he told me that I wouldn't have to wait since they could get the part, so I could go pick up the car that afternoon. I was super happy with this job so fast which he did
