They never wash my truck when finished. Always tell me I am welcome to come back and have it washed later. This is an inconvenience.

Michael failed to remember a conversation we had on June 4 2021. While having my truck repaired at Lindquest I asked about another repair needed. He responded around $120. I dropped my truck off yesterday and without a call today I picked up my truck with a $660 bill for repairs. The work is done and so am I.

As part of my service my vehicle was supposed to be washed and it wasn’t. No one said anything until I was leaving and noticed that it hadn’t been washed and came back inside and inquired about it. Then I was told that the spray equipment was broken down so they couldn’t wash it. I understand that but they should have mentioned that when they handed me my keys.
