Haley constantly goes above and beyond to explain to me, help me to understand & feel comfortable in my wok on my vehicle. I am grateful for her way of making me feel informed & empowered rather than confined pushed as some do when they don’t understand vehicles. I truly trust and appreciate her!

I was on a tight schedule and received an email the truck was ready. I got there and the paperwork was not ready… I waited in the chair, meanwhile the paperwork did come but was not told… I sat there waiting…I got up and told the staff I needed to get to work….the paperwork was delivered when I waited but was not told…. Then I was told the keys were there… they were washing my truck, I told them again that I was late to work due to waiting. Finally I got my keys but the truck was not washed… in the future I would not send an email until the vehicle is ready. I was late to work, very frustrating.

Service was outstanding (spark plug replacement). But I'm not pleased with the 3% service charge for use with a bank card. With large ticket items like this, that information should be shared up front...we could have paid with a check if prepared to do so.

There needs to be more communication about the status of the vehicle when you’re waiting at the dealership. I should not have to walk over to the customer service area to ask for the status while they’re doing nothing and have time to walk over and update me personally..
