The only thing that I’ve started to notice the last few times is it takes 10-15 minutes from when my car is complete for the paperwork to make its way to the desk to allow me to pay and leave. Would love for that to be automated or something like that so I can take off right when the car is done with the wash.

The car was supposed to be sprayed down so that the transmission fluid that had sprayed everywhere underneath the car would have been cleaned off. This was not the case and the car still smells like transmission fluid everywhere.
