It turns out that I paid TWICE for something that was not the problem. If it was diagnosed correctly the first time I wouldn't have had to pay for their mistake. I bought my first Mustang at Lindquist 43 years ago. I've had 14 Mustangs altogether. I am a loyal Ford Mustang customer. This incident did not show me that my loyalty matters.

Overall a good experience. However, the cost to get service performed is out of control. I’m sure Lindquist’s absorption rate is well north of 100%. If it’s not you have some serious issues.
