Representative said likely the car would be ready by 10 or maybe noon. In any case he would phone to keep me updated. When I had not heard back by 12:30, I phoned and got shunted to VM box for service department. Phone again, once again, the VM box. Finally heard via text about 2:30. Apologized. I authorized wiper blade replacement. Arrived at 4:30, wiper blades were not replaced. Now have to make annother appointment just for that. Service department should always have a live person who can tell you status of your car.

Firstly, I am very satisfied with my service advisor Jacquelyn Olivares. I just want to file formal complaint about Honda's manufacture issue and believe the repair should be covered by Honda's manufacture warranty. This is regarding the My Odyssey van got water leakage issue at back trunk due to Honda's manufacture error. Your service technician stated on my repair invoice#253700 page#1 :"Checked techline and found multiple techs finding similar concerns with customers vehicle having water puddles, or water leakage in tailgate area, confirm that lots of the water is soaked into the rear carpet. Multiple techs stated that they found water to leak through on bottom of vehicle due to manufacture error of sealing vehicle body". Since it's clearly a "manufacture error", it's reasonable to ask Honda to cover the repair cost, not out of pocket by myself. Also my 2019 Odyssey only has 29642 mileage on it,it's reasonable to cover the body seal issue within the warranty.
