Jacqueline was very nice. However, when I arrived I was literally yelled at when I was out of my car and the car in front pulled away. I already had coffee, my purse and a book balanced. The man continued to shout at me to get back in my car. There was too much shouting and yelling going on in the entrance area. The man finally relented and moved my car, but it was was very upsetting. There has to be a more pleasant way of dealing with people especially during the first contact. I’ve been a Hopkins customer for decades.

I waited there for five hours charge me $250 for them to just tell me what was wrong with it. I already knew what was wrong with it. I went in there thinking they would fix my problem but I guess thank you for nothing.
