Steven has been the most unhelpful advisor I have ever had. Last time, a problem was mentioned to him and all he told me was “well that shouldn’t be happening”. Then, he proceeds to do nothing. This time I went for liquid on my passenger side. After telling him multiple times that I did not go through flood waters, he still proceeded to tell me I did. Instead of being helpful and trying to figure out the problem, he had to get the manager involved. The manager had to tell him how to do his job. The man had been with the company for years and still can’t do his job right. We asked to switch advisors. My car gets sent to Leslie’s desk who couldn’t explain anything except they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Nothing helpful came out of her mouth. When I go to pick up my car, Leslie was no where to be found. We had to talk to Steven again. He couldn’t even explain what the next step would be. Randy had to come over and explain everything that Steven couldn’t. He was the only helpful one there.
