I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, only to receive my car with a check engine light notification. Apparently, they forgot to connect a hose in the car. Again, I realize the car was making a weird noise when I got home. I am not happy with your service.

When I arrived, they confirmed I was there for a tire rotation. I also mentioned that there was a nail in one tire and asked if they could be checked on. 1 hour later, I was notified that my car was ready. When I asked about the nail, my service advisor had no idea what I was talking about. He said he would check on it, and left the service area. When he returned he confirmed that there was indeed a nail in my tire (which I already knew and told the first person when I arrived), that it had not been removed and repaired, and that it would be $45 and more time. I assumed the reason it took over an hour was because of the tire repair, but apparently this service department is just that slow. My last tire rotation took 2 hrs. I was told it was because they were so busy, however my appointment my was initiated and scheduled by someone in the service department. Not sure how that happens. This service department is terrible. Now that my Toyota cares is no longer applicable, I will gladly take my service elsewhere, where I don’t have to take a whole day off to get tires rotated.
