As you know, when I came to pick up the Tundra it had oil smeared on the front bumpers and fenders. So nobody inspected it before I came to get it and I’m going to pay my local garage to redo the oil change because I don’t feel like I can trust your technician. At my last service the truck was returned with scratches on the rear bumpers. I was really sure it happened at Hampton but didn’t say anything because I was convinced the dealership would never let that happen. After today I feel pretty confident you guys scratched it. I’m not asking for anything. I just won’t be back.
