Our worst experience yet. We have 2 vehicles we get serviced with you (one we’ve bought about a year ago) but we’ve never had an issue with service until today. The gentleman was lazy and tried to blame his mistake on my wife. It was very disrespectful and want to look at talking our business elsewhere.

Phillip i must say, stepped up when i was about to cause a scene. My salesperson samantha, since my purchase, has not returned one call, or text or inquiry. I sent 3 emails to try and get at least an answer as to how to fix my problem. By luck i got phillip on the line and the rest was a cakewalk on my part. Not only am i excited that my vehicle was taken care of , but also excited that someone took time to help me out when i was ready to throw in the towel. Kudos and huge thanks to phillip!!! Stephen, was a pleasure to work with. I had 1 issue that did not involve him. I asked several people that I would like to speak to Mark Hampton , and was not able to. I asked the manager of services ( not Stephen) to please have Mark call me. To this date I have not heard from him. The last 4 cars I have purchased were from his dealership. I am really disappointed that I have not been able to speak to him. I shopped , recently with Thomas one of the salesmen. I do not intend to move forwards this time, since my concern has not been addressed.
