Brought my vehicle to Hampton because of the Blue Tooth and the GPS has stopped working, instead of them fixing this problem they replaced the radio which had been working fine. I was charged a $100.00 deductible for a radio that was working fine. I’ve been taking this vehicle to Hampton for the past seven years and this is the first time I’ve been dissatisfied. I spent three hours in Hampton’s beautiful waiting room, and Steven Hollier could not tell me why my Blue Tooth and GPS was not fixed or when will it be fix. I need my Blue Tooth and GPS to start working again

I was not satisfied with the length of time it took. My vehicle sat for a while with out being worked on. I had to come out of pocket $140.00 extra worth of rental because of the length of time. I was also dissatisfied with how the mats in my car were cleaned. The mats were extremely moldy due to flood water and when it gets hot in the car, the mats smell awful. I was also dissatisfied with the trouble for my battery. My car is only 2 1/2 years old and there was trouble with my battery due to my sitting in the shop. I was satisfied with the carpet being replaced, but not the mats being being cleaned, I feel this is a safety hazard for me and my family.

I’m always very satisfied with the service there! Yesterday, they went above and beyond. One of the men working there, O’neal I think was his name, overheard me asking about a body shop because I had a scuff on my car. After they recommended a couple of places, He asked if I He could try and get it out himself. He went outside and worked on it for 10 minutes and got it almost out. That is service. We’ve been so pleased with our Toyota and with the service there at Hampton that we are looking very hard to find another Toyota for my husband. This was my first time as a Toyota owner (my sequoia is a 2016) and we have been so pleased!! Thank you for always having excellent customer service. It has been a pleasurable experience every time I come to Hampton! Missy P

Whom ever did the service on my car completely changed my seat. I am a short girl so I expected them to push it back but they lowered it all the way down and laid it back. I have no idea why this was necessary but it will take me a while to get it back to the place I had it before and comfortable for me. They also changed the radio to rap music and did not put it back on the station I previously had it. This is the first time in about 5 years, working with Hampton? That I’ve had this problem.

We came in to get the back seat cover on the passenger side replaced. The first time the wrong part was ordered. After talking to a a manger and Scott they got the correct part ordered. They called me 2 weeks later when it came in. We set a time and date for them to come and pick up the car to get fixed. They came to my house got the car and fixed it and dropped it back off. Thank you

I brought in my vehicle for the airbag recall. The airbag light and the seat belt lights were both on. The recall issue was taken care of, but when I got in to leave, the airbag and seatbelts lights were still on. No one was there to explain that issue and I had to go back to the service dept to find my service writer who then explained it was a separate issue. She should have handled this when I took possession of the vehicle.
